Echo-Health AI integration Beta Release

We are excited to announce the beta release of the referral reason integration between SR Referrals and Echo-Health AI, now available in Medtech and AlexApps.

Update to the Acknowledgement flow.

A new “Request for Action” checkbox has been added to the acknowledgement message screen. This feature highlights when the Specialist/Provider requires additional information from the Referrer. The Referrer can now confirm when the requested action is complete, updating the status to “Actioned” for better visibility.. 

WYSIWYG message box.

A new WYSIWYG (“What You See Is What You Get”) editor has been added to the message boxes for Acknowledge, Send a Message, and Decline. This allows SR HUB users to format their messages — for example, adding bold, italics, or lists — making communication clearer and easier to read.
