Echo-Health AI integration Beta Release
We are excited to announce the beta release of the referral reason integration between SR Referrals and Echo-Health AI, now available in Medtech and AlexApps.
Update to the Acknowledgement flow.
A new “Request for Action” checkbox has been added to the acknowledgement message screen. This feature highlights when the Specialist/Provider requires additional information from the Referrer. The Referrer can now confirm when the requested action is complete, updating the status to “Actioned” for better visibility..
WYSIWYG message box.
A basic WYSIWYG editor has been introduced to the message boxes for Acknowledge, Send a Message, and Decline, enhancing message formatting capabilities for SR HUB users.

SR Referrals for Patient Portals Beta Release
We are excited to announce the beta release of SR Referrals for Patient Portals. We have been collaborating closely with Webtools (Centrix app) and Indici (myindici app) to integrate SR Referrals, allowing patients to conveniently access their referrals through their patient portal.
ACC Pathways improvements
Improvements have been made to the SR online directory to show ACC Pathways provider options in more locations, enhancing accessibility.

Update to HealthPages.co.nz search to include Geolocation
We’ve enhanced healthpages.co.nz by integrating geolocation functionality into the search, helping patients find more relevant local providers.
Improved Routine Availability to allow for ranges.
Improvements to the Routine Availability functionality now allow users to enter a range (e.g., 1–2 weeks), offering a more accurate timeline for patients’ visits.
Training and Support
The SR Referral software provides quick video guides and training notes for SR Referrals. We also offer FREE support and training. For assistance, email sr-support@sr-referrals.co.nz or call 09 360 8700.
To access training for GPs using Medtech, Indici, or MyPractice, go to the Manage SR Referrals screen. In the top right menu bar, click on Training Guides.
For Specialists and Providers using the SR HUB, access training by going to the home page and clicking Feature Training Guides in the right-hand panel.
